Privacy policy
This policy explains how personal data is processed on NetoNómina, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).

2. Data you enter in the calculators
The calculators run entirely in your browser. Your salary, number of children and any other data you type are not sent to any server or stored. Nobody, including us, has access to them.

4. Recipients
We do not sell or share your data. The following may access it as processors or third-party providers:
- Netlify, Inc., which hosts the website.
- Google Ireland Limited, through Google AdSense, to show ads. Google may use cookies to show personalised ads if you accept them. More information on how Google uses data from sites that use its services.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case they do so with appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
5. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to contacto@netonomina.es. Please state which right you wish to exercise.
If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
6. Minors
This website is not aimed at children under 14 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect legal or website changes. The current version will always be published on this page.
